This is Chef David Tinker’s first restaurant, after a career which includes working with 3 Michelin star Chef Pierre Gagnaire . David’s Sandbar Restaurant received its first hat in January 2018.

With panoramic views, this intimate restaurant is surrounded by the stylish interior, combining Japanese hand-made crockery. Every plate offered at our restaurant respects the quality and potential of each product and ingredient.

As such, our dinner menu is a tasting menu (Chef’s selected menu) based on fresh seasonal products that are available.
